Ok so i have to sign up for classes for senior year this week and one of my friends who is a senior this year said that I should take two AP sciences if i want to be a science major in college rather than the one AP and then two regular sciences like i was going to do originally so that leaves my schedule with:
AP Bio (2 periods)
AP Physics (2 periods)
AP English Lit
AP Spanish
AP Calc BC
AP Gov
Is this too much? My ECs aren't too demanding but would this schedule look way better than if i replaced AP physics with regular physics and anatomy? Thanks!

How in the world would it look better if you replace an AP class with a regular? In terms of easiness you mean? If you think you can handle all these classes, then go ahead and good for you. If not, then you’re killing yourself. They’re all some of the hardest AP’s except for US Gov. How many AP’s have you taken before and what did you get on them?

It might be interesting to take 3 sciences… shows dedication and depth even if they’re not AP.

This year I am taking 5 and i have A’s so far and last year the only AP i was allowed to take was world history and i got a 5 on the exam. I want to be a bio major and go to med school later on so i thought AP Bio and anatomy would be good to take and regular physics just to have a background but my AP Chem teacher said it would be better to take physics to get the requirement out of the way and then everyone said to just take AP Bio and AP Physics and apparently at my school the other APs are pretty easy except for Calc so now I am just confused

Also lolifofo I don’t know if i am misreading your post but just to clarify I don’t think it will look better if I replace AP physics i am asking if it will look significantly better if i take ap bio and ap physics than if i take ap bio anatomy and regular physics

@rose11223, I really prefer the first option. I’m having a similar dilemma since I don’t have enough space in my schedule to take anatomy because I favored AP classes. I mean, why not, they’re weighted, you get college credits, and they look better on transcript!

Ok good cuz it turned out that my registration appointment was today! So i went ahead and registered for all 6 AP classes hopefully il be able to handle it il just have to adjust a little from this year Thanks for your input!
