Senior year schedule

I'm going to be a senior next year and this is my schedule:

1) AP U.S. Gov and Politics/Economics - each are one semester.
2) Gym/Spirtuality - required
3) AP French Lang and Literature - I'm going to be the only one in the class, because I am the only one who qualified - considered to be the hardest course at my school and very demanding.
4) English 4 - My english teacher hates me and refuses to put me into AP English Lit even though, I am qualifed, even more so than those who will be placed into it.
5) AP Euro
6) Mythology
7) Lunch
8) Pre-Cal or Calculus, it will probably be pre-cal, because noone in my school wants to take AP Calc and there is only one Calc class.
9) Latin II
I am also self-studying AP Art History, AP Comp Gov and AP Psychology.

Is this a good schedule? I'm applying to schools such as: American, UPitt, Skidmore and I want to major in international politics and business.

Wow -- one man class. I wish our school could do that. Unfortunately, if there's not enough for a class, they scrap it.

The more challenging a courseload, the more impressive. Just be sure you'll be able to handle everything (because if you can't it'd have adverse effects).

bump and my 1000 post!!!!!

Looks likea good schedule to me. Pitt loves APs.

OMG you have a mythology class!

Nice schedule. Where's science? You don't need it I know, but colleges like to see four years I think, unless you maxed out. Not that I should talk since I'm going from Spanish 4 this year to Latin 1 next year (thank God).

At my school if you don't get recommended for an AP class, you can have your parents sign a sheet so you can take it anyway. They try not to let anyone know about it, but it does exist. See if you can take AP english that way. It is totally unfair the way teachers recommend students for classes- I can tell from your posts that you are a pretty cool smart girl who seems (looki ng at your courses) to love language and the humanities, so you should not be barred from doing what you love- AP English. Just my two cents.
