Senior Year Schedule

My school offers a grand total of 3 APs for seniors, so my schedule is a bit gimped compared to most of the people on here.

AP Bio
AP Calc
AP English IV

1 Semester of community college government
1 Semester of community college economics

Spanish V Pre-AP (that's what would go for honors in my school)
Global Business (newly placed elective)

So, should I take more community college courses, and does anyone have any suggestions for making my schedule more rigorous? I've taken 2 semesters of cc classes junior year and 2 more over the summer.

Colleges will be able to see the availability of rigorous and AP courses at your school. They look to see that you’re taking advantage of your opportunities, not to compare you with students whose schools offer 15 AP classes. It’s evident that you’re challenging yourself based on the curriculum available (and the college courses look good too). Don’t worry about it, that schedule will look great.
