Senior Year Spring Classes (Yikes!)

I'm a junior this year, and due to schedule constraints within my school, I am taking 3 AP classes this year, with plans to take 8 next year as a senior. My school is on a block schedule system, so we have four classes at a time, with each class starting either at the beginning of the year in the fall and ending at winter break, or starting in January and ending in the spring at the end of the year.

My question is whether or not schools will even be able to tell that I'm taking all 8 of these APs (as opposed to just four) because of the fact that I will be applying for college before I begin the spring semester of my senior year. When the time comes to apply, do I send them a transcript with all current and future classes on it, or just the ones I have taken up until that point?

I'm so frightened to take on this hugely demanding schedule without even knowing if it will be worth it to me come application time.

You list AP exams you have taken/will be taking on the commonapp, and all the courses are listed on the secondary school report (both semesters).
