senior year summer

What are some fun/profitable ways of spending your last hs summer?

Getting ready for college...spending as much time with my boyfriend as possible...and hitting up some grad parties. Probably reading a lot of books that I've been wanting to for a long time also.

partying it up in europe!!!

hot piece: are you going for the world cup in germany? have you bought your ticket yet?

i wasn't planning to, but that sounds really fun!!!

This summer i am going to try to reinact Euro Trip (to a lesser extent though). i am leaving the day after graduation for belgium to my cousins' house. There I will party hard (drinking age there is around 12). After that I am going to the World Cup of Soccer in Germany. After that I am going to a 4 day concert in Werchter (my friend went there last year and he said it was CRAZY. people were so tanked that they were lighting tents on fire, among other things...). After the concert I am going to Biarittz (a beach in south western france known for its great surf and babes). I will stay there for about 4-5 days. Following that I am going to work for my grandpa (who lives near paris) for a month. After this i am going to a little town called annecy. it is near the alps and is bascially right next to a lake and mountains. there i will do a sky diving camp, hit the clubs (i'll be 18 by then), and probably wakeboard. then i will go back home and find a job before college starts. I AM SO READY FOR THIS SUMMER.

Are you gonna go to Bratislava or however it's spelled?

^^^probably not. i may go to holland or england or italy too but i dont know if its going to fit into my schedule.

i am so jealous therip.

gosh darn of it, i was planning on going but senior year is really a lot of work right now. are you guys staying in hostels? my main trouble is planning the trip cause i don't have time.

theripcurl:i wish i was you, have you bought tickets yet?

That reminds me of the movie Hostel. Heh.

hotpiece: why?

elizabeth: i am ****ed because i was supposed to buy them today but i went on the website and it said that the 3rd batch of tickets stopped being sold on january 15 so now i have to wait until feb.5 ( i think) until the 4th batch of tickets comes out. they shouldnt run out of tickets though and the price doesnt go up.

b/c you can actually embrace the culture too b/c your fam lives there. i will just hit up the tourist destinations...

where exactly in europe r u going? and when?

i'm going to london, paris, madrid, venice, not sure where we are going in greece yet...

i am going in july

how long r u staying in paris?

at least three days. we plan on staying in europe for a month and we will get europass or something, so we can decide how long to stay in each country.

I'm getting an apartment with some friends a month before school gets out (after APs are done though). We're going to have the lease through the middle of August, while we're all working and then doing awesome stuff at night. Then I'm traveling through Europe for a few weeks on my own until school starts.

hotpeice: i am thinking of getting the europass too cuz i heard that u get major $$$ discounts for train rides....u need the train to travel in europe...will YOU be drinking?

drinking?!?! i would never...

of course i'll be drinking
