Senior Year

Are there any disadvantages to taking AP tests during senior year? I mean since you apply before even taking the test, do they not count it, or does it not make a difference. I ask this because I could easily take and pass the Calculus BC and Physics C tests with 4's, but next year I'll actually take the Calculus class and that might help, but I'm wondering if it effects the college application or placement to take it in senior year as opposed to Junior.

(Sorry for poor sentence structure, I'm tired)

if you get a 4 or 5 you will (at most colleges) place out of that class for college and receive college credit, meaning you dont have to take it or something like it in college.

The only reasons not to take an AP test senior year (besides not being prepared) would be because the college you're attending doesn't give credit or because you've already hit your max on credits that your college will accept.
