<p>I am in-state... and I applied early. Did you apply there? Did you get accepted/deferred/waitlisted/denied?</p>
<p>Oh and it's hard to get into UNC-CH to begin with. Acceptance this year is down to 20% ... it's even worse for out-of-state.</p>
<p>I'm in at Kenyon and Lewis & Clark. </p>

yea my freind really wants to go to UNC...shes got a 25 act out of state, good gpa and class president. Shes dieing to go there, and im scared of her being upset if she doesnt get in. i heard its absolutly impossible to get in as out of state,</p>
<p>Well it's EXTREMELY competitive, even moreso for OOS'ers...</p>
<p>If you read the stats of kids that were even DEFERRED on this site, or denied, from UNC-CH, you'd be amazed. There's no telling what they want exactly.</p>
