It's Pton or Duke for me. I just wanted to extend a sincere congratulations to everyone on this site. Judging from admission statistics and the results at my school, getting in just about anywhere was tough. Competition was ridiculous this year, and you should all be very proud of what you've done. "Dream school" or not, each one of us will end up where we are supposed to be. Things happen for a reason--believe that.

Congratulations on all your accomplishments and all, but I would be more impressed with them if you actually knew that--based upon your usage of the word--the more normal spelling is "gauge", not "gage" (although "gage" is acceptable in normal conversation--though not written research papers). But then, you probably already knew that.

I got applied and got accepted to Louisiana Tech (the school I'll be attending), Illinois Institute of Technology, and A&M.

Majoring in Nanosystems/Biomedical Engineering drastically narrows down the options, and I think Louisiana Tech is the only one of those that has Nanoengineering.

I also wanted to apply to Duke and MIT but ended up deciding that it wasn't worth the time and money. Maybe I'll look into those two for Graduate school?
