They usually check with your high school counselors.

“i was thinking of applying ed to more than one school. if i don’t apply to an ivy will i get caught?”

Read up on Amherst’s honor code and how seriously we take it, both as students and as a community as a whole. If you had to ask yourself that question, you seriously need to reconsider applying here.

Generally a parent and counselor both have to sign the ED agreement. It’s not typically a decision made by a student individually.

Are you a ■■■■■? Honestly, untag those beer pong pictures-MANY schools are checking for this sort of thing.

Questions seem kind of trolly, but–
Baseball team–leave on
Scouts–either on or off is OK
Beer pong–probably won’t happen, but de-tag
If you didn’t do it, I wouldn’t address it in advance of an accusation
Applying ED to multiple schools probably won’t work, and is too risky
