Sent ACT scores

I took the ACT in June and got a 31. I didn't send my scores to college when registering because I thought I would do a lot worse. I was happy with it but I decided to take it in September in case I could improve. However, the second time I took it I did worse and got a 30. For the September test, I actually sent me scores when registering. My question is if college will be influenced at all with a decrease in scores.

They’ll look at your highest score, but I doubt a 1 point difference would matter much either way.
