I unfortunately sent 2 of my applications (one is an ivy and the other a top-tier university) on the day of the deadline instead of like 2/3 days before because I was slightly overanalyzing my supplements …will that decrease my chances of getting into those schools?

No they don’t use that as a factor. They really do want all the best students they can get, even if the app just slips in on time.
