Sent Midyear by Mistake?

I had my school send NYU a midyear by mistake, meaning that I didn
t know that we had to send a midyear only if we were asked - and I wasn
t asked. My only question now is, since they have my midyear, are they going to look at it anyway, since they have it, or are they just going to simply discard it? It
s just that I didn
t do too well first semester, and (especially since I applied to Stern), I`m a little worried.

Im sending my other schools a copy of my report card, since I did better second quarter than first quarter, but I dont know if I should send one to NYU, since I wasn`t supposed to send a midyear in the first place?

I don’t know if they’ll look at it or not, but I doubt that it’ll harm you in the sense that they won’t view it as not being able to follow directions. As for the grades, doesn’t your midyear report also show your first and second quarter grades already? If so, they should see the upward trend.
