<p>I took my first SAT this October--got a solid 1600. I know, I know. It's awful. My grades are good, essays good, EC's good, but that is just awful. I'm an awful test taker. </p>
<p>However, I was encourage to send off all scores to the colleges I plan on attending, being told that they just look at the highest, so I did. To these:</p>
<p>University of North Carolina Chapel Hill
North Carolina State University
University of North Carolina Wilmington
East Carolina University</p>
<p>I plan on retaking (and hopefully doing better) in November. </p>
<p>After browsing the forum and reading some threads though, I am curious.</p>
