Sent my stuff to the wrong address... am i screwed?

<p>So I wrote down the wrong address when my teacher sent in her rec and my counselor sent in my transcript...i had it all sent to: </p>

The Green

<p>my teacher had the letter returned to her today...
i turned in my application and supplement on time, so my question is... Am I screwed?</p>

<p>Deep breath. Remember what Dan says--they are not jerks. Just do what you have to do to let the admissions office know what happened. You'll be fine.</p>

I can't imagine why the PO returned it, but if explain it to your local Tufts admissions officer (and perhaps back it up with the envelope showing the timely mailing) I can't believe there will be a problem.</p>

<p>But typically, letters of recommendation can't be faxed. There's no security in that. Contact the admissions office--phone them, or email your regional admissions rep, as 3point7student recommended you do. They'll probably just tell you to resend.</p>

<p>I've recently received a couple of Christmas cards that were correctly addressed but traveled the nation before they arrived here. On one of them, someone had written "Moved. Forward or return to sender." I hadn't moved anywhere.</p>
