Hello College Confidential people!
So, a few weeks ago I was just so fed up with changing my list of colleges that I went and I sent all my SAT scores to about 15 schools in a fit of madness. I haven't actually sent in my applications to those schools (they probably have no idea I'm even applying). So I was wondering, would they still receive the score reports and save them until they finally receive my application?
For the schools that have online accounts separate from the commonapp (like Washu, Rochester University), my status shows that they have received my scores (but of course, not my commonapp.) Does that mean that all the rest of the schools did the same and will keep my scores and wait patiently for the rest of my application? Or will they just throw them out?
Thanks!

From what I know, they keep them and match them accordingly when they get the applications. The ones that don’t have an accompanying application by the deadline get thrown out. So, don’t worry!

Thanks so much! That’s what I thought, cuz I’ve heard of people sending their scores in junior year itself. Thanks!
