I have sent my sat and act scores to all the colleges I’m applying to before the deadline. On the SAT and ACT it says they have all sent, but on the portals for some of my colleges it says they haven’t received yet.
I sent the scores before the deadline, but it doesn’t look like they will be received by the deadline. Is this ok?
It should be fine. Most colleges are lenient about the date they receive scores, and even urge you not to rush them (I’ve emailed quite a few). (Plus, they often allow scores form January testing).
Thanks. My reasoning is that the test scores should be received by the time the admissions get around to reviewing my app.
Another point: sometimes it’s not up yet simply because it hasn’t been processed yet by their system. Some colleges can take two weeks to process everything.
In case they actually didn’t come by the deadline, I’m sure they won’t mind if they come in a few days late
If they were SENT before/at the deadline. You’re fine. Colleges will wait to receive your scores before they evaluate your admissions package.
