<p>Hey watsup everyone, i’ve been following this forum for quite sometime now and i figured it’d b time to share my story. I applied to SEO back in december for the accounting/finance program (i’m a junior accounting major). I got a phone interview the next week and that same day got an e-mail inviting me for an in-person which i had in early January. Ever since then as of February 2 i’ve been waitlisted which has to be the most frustrating thing in the world! I honestly have had a few interviews for summer leadership programs but nothing for internships. I think it is unfair for SEO to keep us in the dark like this. I can’t even log back onto the site to see the status of my application anymore because they no longer provide the link on the career site. this stinks guys but nevertheless i wish u all the best and i really hope it isn’t over for all of us. Especially mapr89, i know you’ve worked hard for this man and i really hope you get it.</p>

<p>I was told that at this point we should not risk our current offers, and that we should take one of those instead of waiting on SEO… so there it is :S</p>

<p>Yessir. Yesterday I e-mailed the person who interviewed me and have received no response. Because I need a response by the end of the week, I e-mailed a recruiter (though she admitted she didn’t know what exactly was going on in terms of decisions) and that was the response</p>

<p>For everybody else…they SHOULD be notifying you this week if you are selected…first with phone call, then e-mail…they are finalizing classes for the next 2 weeks. Good luck to everybody man…</p>
<p>Just wanted to give you guys an update…I GOT IN!!!</p>
<p>They are definitely finalizing the class at this point, but they are still working on contacting some of the people that they are making final decisions on. Stay posted and definitely don’t be shy about contacting them so that they can update your status and let you know what they have planned for you. </p>
