Seoul National University and schools in South Korea

I am a high school senior in Texas expected to graduate in June of 2021. I am very interested in studying for my bachelors at Seoul University, as well as, other schools in Korea and Japan. I was wondering how are admissions to SNU and when do fall applications usually open? Also due to covid am I still expected to acquire an SAT score because I have registered, but SAT’s are still getting cancelled. I am A honor roll student, President of NHS, on the executive board of student council, part of HOSA, an athletic trainer the head of all student trainers, and I am studying Korean and plan on taking Korean language courses to learn the language. I want to know the truth for international student applying to SNU. I love this school and it is my dream to be accepted, but I also want to keep my options open to other universities. If I could gain the guidance of fellow students who have been to SNU or studied in any schools in Korea or Japan I would appreciate the help. thank you
