why are you guys chatting....just talk here!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone explain the Jupiter question / escape velocity... was it all or just three?

I'm pretty sure it was all. I don't see why it would be anything else.

I am pretty sure it was everyone except for hydrogen....so yea 3?

i was so sick of the test by the time science came around bah. ithink the sat is easier

3 (10 charss)

yay!! I thought 3 too!

i put 3, too

anybody got any other questions....god i guessed on AN ENTIRE section in science...o god please let me win the lotttery this time :D

For the passage about escape velocities, does anyone remember whether the 1st table they gave us for the escape velocities of different planets gave 'V' values or V'/6 values?

V values.....at least thst's what i thought...

Wow... all the SAT people get like 5,000,000 posts and we have less than 200... where is everyone?

wat did u guys put for the one abt hte photographer and his early success? i put he got backing from that mentor guy, and not hte creativitiy one

You know what, i looked up the escape velocity for jupiter and it's 59.5 km/s. So, 1/6 of 59.5 is 9.9 km/s. That means I'm almost 100% positive the correct answer to this question is that all four elements will escape the atmosphere; the table must have given V/6, not V. You don't need to divide 9.9 by 6 again.

The answer to the question about the photographer's success should have been that he had advanced equipment or technology.

no, the thingy did V/6 i think...well who knows.. no-body will ever know lol......

yea and i got advanced equipment and technology

anybody ever use " its' " as an answer?

ishbaca i think i did. I have question on math, was there an answer choice 2^5*5 or something like that? i dont remember exactly but was it choice a?
Plus Eng section, there was choice of a)climbed b)climbed up c)ascended d)ascended up. what was it? one more, choices were a)it b)this c)those d)them or something like that

Very correct. You guys thought way too much about that problem. I remember very clearly - the top of the table said "V/6"

Senluck, was the first one A) scaled (keep the way it is)

i put ascended up, because thats redunant..what did you guys get?

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THE LAST QUESTION OF THE SCIENCE SECTION???

I didnt have time to think about it... so I guessed either B or C one of the "middle choices"

HELP HELP HELP!
