<p>Clicking on the 2011-2012 gives you Test Date,and Registration Deadline. So did you even look before you gave me the link? The location for the September have not been released yet.</p>
<p>Maybe I’m missing something, but what’s so different about living in Mississippi? The only state with special circumstances is New York, and it’s only that they don’t participate in the February test date.</p>
<p>^ Some states do not offer the September Test. Just like NY does not offer Feb.</p>
<p>Just wait till June, they’ll have it on there by then. If you really wanna know, you can just call them directly.</p>
<p>mmushtaq and mtv22 are right. I checked the website. The September test date is offered in ALL 50 states and D.C. </p>
<p>RowlandCloud - As you said, the only exception is that the test is not offered in NY in February.</p>
