I’m getting an oracle message

Just checked at 10:00am CT and no scores…shows registered.

Through Nov.7? So it might come out that late? That is way longer than 2 weeks…

I was also getting an Oracle message. I cleared my browser’s cookies and it went away. No scores though.

Yes this entire thing is odd. I’ve had 2 kids take the ACT multiple times over the last 3 years and EVERY time, their scores are always posted on the first day. So it seems rather strange that this would now not be the case with this particular testing date.

From a chat with ACT:

Bijou M: Hi, we are reviewing your question and will be right with you.
Bijou M: Yes but not all scores were posted today
Bijou M: please check back on Friday again
Bijou M: • Scores are randomly selected and normally all scores are reported by 8 weeks after the test date. If your scores are not available on that first date, check back weekly. Scores are processed and added each week, usually each Wednesday and Friday.

You can also find this information on our website at <a href=“ACT Test Scores | ACT Scoring | ACT”>ACT Test Scores | ACT Scoring | ACT;
You: Thanks. I knew that info. In the past, I have always gotten the score on the first date of release, which for the Sept. 2014 test is today. Were any scores released today? Are any more scores being posted today? It does not seem like anyone has received scores today. Thank you.
Bijou M: Yes some scores were randomly posted today
You: It seems like no scores were posted today. There is a public chat forum, and NO ONE has received their score as of yet. Was there an issue?
Bijou M: And scores are done being posted for today
Bijou M: please check back on Friday
You: Thank you.
Bijou M: You are welcome and thank you for choosing ACT

@jgalt seems like he was dodging the question a little bit…

The ACT twitter account is parroting a generic message. So not helpful.

Ugh

This is so frustrating. I wish they would give us an honest answer.

“Due to high call volume we are unable to connect your call at this time” Their phones are being swamped!! No one got their scores, they are not fooling anyone.

Based on all the calls they are getting and how many people are upset, they will either release the scores sometime today or Wednesday. I really want my scores too tho

Just a little insert - for the June ACT; I remember not receiving my scores on the first released date until after I got off work at 2:30 PM EST. I remember checking first thing when I got up to go to work at 9:00 AM as well as throughout my morning shift because I remember talking to my coworker about not receiving it yet. When I got home, I checked again, and it was there.

So to whoever said there might be a small lag- I’m inclined to believe that.

Bijou M: We apologize for the inconvenience but no scores were released today

This is real, I swear

Haha…what a cluster.

@localdreamer15 I’m not even surprised if this is true

I think all of us unfairly impacted should be compensated with a 36.

I like the way you think ^^^

Courtenay W: Hi, we are reviewing your question and will be right with you.
Courtenay W: Scores are posted Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Today’s release date was postponed due to unforseen circumstances this weekend. Please keep checking your web account for your scores. They may be released later today and definately by Friday which is the next scheduled release date.
You: Ok thank you for the information! A lot of people were saying different things and I just wanted to clarify. So are they released each day until Friday if they aren’t up today?
Courtenay W: We are unsure of how this will work this initial week. We apologize, but they should be on track for the Friday release date.
Courtenay W: You can always check you web account 24/7 just to see what’s going on.
You: Alright. Thank you so much for your help! Have a nice day
Courtenay W: You are very welcome. Have a great day as well!
