***September 2014: ACT Scores***

do colleges care how many times you take it?

Yes^. Don’t be one of those guys who take 3+ times because you want a 36.

24- C
21-E
25- M
27- R
21- S

And pretty frickin proud of it. I have a 3.9 unweighted GPA and a 5+ Weighted GPA. This test does not define me. I just straight up don’t have the time to practice and prepare like most people do on here. Work and School take up all my time. The first time I took it I got a 21…but I did get a score of 10 for writing which is awesome.

Do you guys think I should retake a:
32 C
34 E
35 M
29 R
29 S

I am afraid I would do worse because from what everyone is saying on here the curve was very generous. What do you guys think? If I just study reading and science for the next month then I can raise those two scores and get a 34+ C? I plan on applying to some top tier schools and I am afraid a 32 isn’t good enough…

@Bananabelle96‌ I definitely think you should! I mean, it kind of comes down to which hassle you’d rather deal with. Temporary inconvenience to get extra time and higher score on act, plus better mental health as compared to possibly more breakdowns over not just the test but the effect it has on college results. The latter could worry you for months. Honestly I think it was a bit irresponsible of your counselor to write it off because it might be a hassle. Smh

If you only send them the highest score, there’s no way they’ll know how many times you’ve taken the test. And of course, when you get a high score in the 30+ area, there are diminishing returns when you take it again. But if you feel like you can do better, are willing it to shell out the cash just to improve your score by 1 or 2 points, and don’t believe that you can instead improve another area that would make you more appealing to college admission officers, I’d say go for it!

when do scores come out for international students?

Anybody get their scores this morning?

I do not believe they were released yet, as of right now… Correct me if I am wrong, though… According to their official Twitter handle, they’re releasing more batches today and Friday.

10am pst  still nothin

@koreankid227 mad at wat?

I’m an international AND I took writing.
My scores are coming late I’m afraid.

Sleepless nights @-)

Anyone took in nyc specifically hillcrest got thier score. Oh well I think I did really bad.

These results make me feel bab. I dont even think I got a 24.

Oops bad.

Daminus dont worry I feel you.

Did anyone choose a lot of C in humanity passage in Reading section?.. Since my result hasn’t came out yet. I am pretty worry about my reading result =((((((

i dont think we are allowed to talk about that

Does anyone still have the ACT website option of viewing/printing admission ticket??? Should it say something else???
