<p>But who ever claimed that the ACT was coming out according to EST? The ACT website certainly doesn’t, and it wouldn’t make particular sense for them to release the scores on a timetable different from the one under which we’re all currently operating (DST).</p>
<p>In my experience the ACT is not released on the hour. The last time we were waiting for scores they came out at something like 10:22. </p>
