September ACT 2011 for ED?

<p>I want to apply to Cornell Early Decision.
The deadline for applicaiton is November 1.</p>

<p>I took the ACT today, and I think I got a 30. My scores aren't the best but my extra cirricular and rank (2/700) are STRONG.</p>

<p>However, I want to retake ACT.</p>

<p>The next day is October 22.</p>

<p>The Cornell website says I can apply early decision and submit ACT scores from October. However, how can I do that if the deadline to postmark the common application is November 1 and I still won't have my scores in by then?</p>

<p>They will consider your scores once they receive them. You will be fine if they specified that they will accept scores from the October test date. Just make sure you list Cornell as a free send school before you get your scores so that they will receive it quickly.</p>
