September ACT Math Question

What was the one that was about a girl doing a triathlon?
Ran 4 Miles for a 1 Mile race..
16 Miles for a 20 bike race
6 Miles for a 4 mile swim??

I picked the answer that had the highest number (100+)

someone earlie said it was 130 minutes

Nelly is right. You divide each amount ran by the mph she took to complete each race. Add these numbers together. Then multiply by 60 to get the minutes.

(1/4) + (20/16) + (4/6) = (104/48) * 60 = 130 minutes

Does anyone know if 130 was choice E?
104 Was choice C i think

which letter answer did you guys get for the last question about the graph?

It was the last letter. It had an absolute value and the x term squared.
