Serious Help Needed... Is my Essay on Topic?

<p>I am in need of some serious assistance. One of the school counselors has told me that my college essay does not fit the prompt. I disagree. I would just listen to her and try and fit it to another prompt but I don't see that working. I also do not want to change my essay topic because this is a story that I just really want told.
Would anyone be willing to take a quick read and tell me if you think that my essay fits the prompt of:</p>
