Seriously cannot decide!!!!!

I want to be an engineer and I was accepted to U Chicago, UVa (OOS), UMich (OOS), and UCLA (OOS). Now here’s the problem:

University of Chicago has no engineering haha. I don’t know why I even applied.

My financial aid packet from UVa is the best of all the schools I got accepted to. Only have to pay 17,000 a year; however, I heard the engineering/science programs are not good.

UCLA gave me about 10,000 in scholarship and lots of loans. The engineering at UCLA is decent but is it worth paying that much more than UVa?

Finally, U Mich has the best engineering program but gave me no financial aid. Is it worth paying the full OOS tuition for U Mich superior engineering program?

What do you think about my situation? I could see myself going to all the school listed above except U Chicago.

I wouldn’t say UVA is not good. One rating system (US News) has UVA as tied for #33, just behind UCLA, tied with Case Western, and ahead of well known schools like Lehigh and RIT.

Well, easy tip for you: Drop UChicago if it doesn’t have engineering at all, lol! :)

uva is underrated for engineering if anything

UVA is a great option. Take it!

*nvm.

I just looked at the fin aid.

go to UVA!

I’d change my major and go to Chicago. HAHAHA. It looks like UCLA is the best option given UVA’s weakness in engineering, but only if you can afford it.

Lma:D
Go for it! Chicago, here we come!

Chicago is out if you want to major in Engineering.

The way I see it, you can go to UVa or Michigan. If money is a concern, go to UVa. If money is not an issue go to Michigan.
