Hey guys, I really need help to decide which of my test scores to submit. All the schools I am applying to superscore.
SAT:
Superscore: 770 math, 730 reading (1500)
ACT:
1st time:
34 English, 32 Math, 35 Reading, 32 Science
2nd time:
36 English, 32 Math, 34 Reading, 28 Science
So my ACT superscore is a 33.75, which is a 34.
As you can see, I did well on english and reading on the two ACTs that I took, but I did well on math on my SAT. I don’t know what to submit to colleges. Will it look bad for me to submit all 4 tests??
I don’t really want them to see that bad science score or to think I’m stupid for taking so many tests. I really need help and would greatly appreciate a thoughtful response! My college app deadline is in a few weeks so I need a response ASAP. Thank you so much!

From College Board:
“Colleges that superscore the SAT use your best section-level scores, even if they were from different tests. Many colleges that follow a superscore policy encourage students to submit all test scores, and some require it. This allows them to see and consider the highest section scores consistently and fairly across all applicants.”
Feel to send them all. The overall portrait is coherent anyway.
Do the schools you are looking at superscore the ACT? Many schools do not even if they superscore the SAT.
What is your intended major or potential majors?
If you are doing anything STEM, then I would be inclined to just send your excellent SAT results.
Relax. That 28 only sticks out because it’s surrounded by a lot of very tall numbers, one of which is a 32 in science. Admissions people understand context and would probably point out to you that no other scores are below 32. Also, two is not a lot of tests. If you want to look stupid or panicked or some other DSM-5 disorder you’re going to have to do a lot better/worse than that. Good luck.
Thank you guys so much for the feedback!
