My usconnect window automatically logged out due to inactivity a few minutes ago, and when I tried to log back in it came up with a message saying the server is too busy. I have repeatedly retried and refreshed but to no avail.

I understand that lots of people are online right now trying to send their apps in, but I thought I would be able to slip in if I kept refreshing. That hasn't happened.

Is anyone else having this problem? I just need to copy and paste my essay and click submit, really.

Same here… Luckily I already submitted my app but I was hoping to check the status of it. It took me forever just to get through by phone to their admissions office today. It took three different 20 minute attempts during the day just to be allowed to be placed into the phone queue. Seems like they are pretty swamped…

Yeah, seriously. I’ll probably just get up early tomorrow and submit, but I’d really like this time to, you know, look over everything I’ve entered.

luckily, i have until 11:59pm pst tomorrow… so i’ll probably just get up early and finish it. and to think that i could have been done if my internet hadn’t dropped momentarily :(

Hey guys I’m in the same situation you guys are. I copied down the short answer prompts and one of the essay prompts if you need that to work on.

Sorry for hi jacking the thread people, but does USC want every SAT score that we’ve taken, or can we choose the best ones? It’s because I don’t want to send my french SAT mark, but it’s on my unofficial score report with my good physics and math one. Should I white it out? Help?

well great. I only put 3 on there, and now I find out and the server is busy. Do you think it’d be alright if I sent it as is on my app, but send all my SAT scores?

^ yes, it will be fine to put only your best scores on the application. It will also be fine to submit all your scores on your unofficial and official reports - they will use your highest to consider your application. Good luck!

Thanks alamemom. I guess I"ll fax all my SAT scores, get my transcript ASAP, and ship it off first class priority shipping and beg my teachers to fax their recommendation letters.

Hey i posted this on the other thread about the usc servers but i just found this on their website…

Don’t worry.
We will not penalize students who experience technical problems with the online application or have trouble contacting us to ask questions about the application process. We are very flexible and will help you to figure out the best way to submit your application.

To get to this link I had to type in USC paper application on google than click the 3rd link i think that says like camel2.usc and it has a tab on the side that says Problems/Questions? click that for the source.
