Hello,
Just wanted to ask your opinion, I just got my SAT scores back and scored a 1890 on them (BTW I'm a sophomore). I got a 720 CR, 620 Math, and 550 Writing (9 Essay), btw with these scores do you recommend I retake the sat or take the ACT or even both. I wanted to know if I had a chance of being competitive for the service academies and particularly the summer programs. My top choices in order as USMA,usna, usafa, uscga, and usmma. I play football (First Year varsity), Indoor track(first V year), and outdoor track (first V year). I also played 3 sports my freshmen year as well. I was nominated Junior class vice president, NHS inductee this year, Big brother (mentoring program), leadership club, and I spend 40-50 hours a week coaching youth football. So I just wanted to know if I had a chance to qualify for those summer leadership programs and eventually the academies themselves, or any advice into how I could strengthen my resume. Thanks in advance.

Sorry left out my GPA somehow, I had a 4.4 GPA last year, I have a 4.3 this year. Both years I have taken all honors classes and next year plan to do the same but replace two honors classes with AP’s (US history and enviro. science).

Also, is the boys stae worth doing, I think I have a good chance of being selected.
