Sorry about the outage. Last week, we switched to a new cluster of ultra-powerful servers. One of them developed hardware issues shortly after the switch and had to be changed out. Two others were crashing periodically, and we reloaded them. The third one went down earlier tonight, taking the others with it. We hope to reload it later tonight, which we think will end our outages.

I’m posting here because there doesn’t seem to be a link anymore in the Stats Profiles for reporting problems.
The problem is that people who had previously posted their stats (prior to the server switch, perhaps?) no longer appear in the colleges’ lists. I was able to access my profile and, by editing it, to re-activate it, because then my stats appeared in each of the colleges’ lists, as they had previously.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who would appreciate having those stats recovered.

We’re aware of the Stats problem, but our programmer hasn’t been able to work on it because of the server issues. We know what the issue is, and we’ll fix it as soon as the servers are stable.
For those wanting an update, we rebuilt two of the servers already, but the third one went down causing the most recent outage. We have swapped out the hardware, and over the weekend should complete some additional work to get everything not only reliable that redundant, i.e., if we lose a server the forums keep on running.
We’re really frustrated, too, mojo - we committed to a bigger, more powerful, more costly cluster to improve availability and reliability… you can see the results. The good news is that we’ve been resolving the issues, albeit slowly at times, and we think we’ll soon be at a setup that’s both speedy and reliable.
