service project.

okay so my schools requires all seniors to do a "service project" otherwise we don't graduate. thing is, we have to turn in proposals by the end of junior year. i know it's only december, but how quickly has the year gone by already?

i have basic ideas already, i want to do something in india, where i'm from, possibly in my dad's village. i want to provide computers for schools that don't have them, and a technological curriculum because there would be no point of computers if the kids didn't know how to use them. moreover, i want to establish an e-pen pal communication system with kids from my school and kids there.

only problem is .. all fundraising activities have to take place in the united states. and i have no idea how to actually implement my plan!

some of my friends are doing things out of the country, but others have gotten turned down! also, if anyone has any ideas to develop my idea, that would be really really great (=

wow... you school REQUIRES people to START THEIR OWN SERVICE PROJECT?!?
wow, if that were the case at my school... approximately 2 people would graduate

i have an idea- you could buy about 20 cheap bikes(5 bucks or so) and clean fix them up. then you could create a free bike rent- just borrow the bike whenever you need it. it would be really cool- you could paint the bikes yellow to avoid theft.

yeah see, it HAS to be educationally related, and has to benefit someone educationally.

yeah we're required to.
and if the school thinks we didnt succeed in our mission we dont "pass" and people end up not graduating.

i just realized what michealjackson said was satire.
aha. im slow.

AHAHAHHAHA laugh at my stupidity.

--------->> bump.
