<p>When you send in Part I of your application (basically a personal data form), the university processes it and sends your name to your local alumni association. They will contact you with the name of you interviewer. It is then up to set up a time and place to meet. Because different alumni groups operate differently the time it takes to contact you will vary. Don’t worry if you haven’t be contacted x number of weeks after you submitted your application. All EA applicants are guaranteed a interview. A few people each year in rural areas or abroad in the RD round go without them.</p>
