Seven Rejections on Tuesday?

It’s okay. Basically everyone has a bad chance at getting into the Ivy League schools. There have been many stories where people haven’t been accepted at this place and got accepted into Harvard or something.

I think it’s a good thing that you applied because at least you won’t be left wondering. In a little over a day, you will get a definite answer in your life. Ten years later, you won’t be left wondering what would have happened if you had the balls to apply and test yourself. If some of your other classmates applied and later get accepted, you might also wonder what would have happened had you applied. Also, I think just going through the intense college application process itself is rewarding. It’s a good experience.

So no more wondering. If you get seven rejections tomorrow then guess what? You’re one of the 90-some percent of people that do get rejected. There’s no shame in that. Just believing in yourself and having the balls to test your limit is respectable. Keep your head up.
