Seventeen Magazine's Freshman 15

<p>Hello to all here on the high school board, I have a question for you</p>

<p>Though I have NO idea how many of you actually read Seventeen Magazine between all your AP classes and SAT study sessions, I thought this would be a good place to get some input. Some of you might be familiar with the "Freshman 15" program on Seventeen.com and in the actual printed magazines. I just found out that I made the group of 15 girls who will document their freshman year in order to show high schools what life at schools across the nation is like and answer any questions we are asked. </p>

<p>If any of you are familiar and/or follow along with the program: What would you like to see different? What do you want to stay the same? Anything you'd like me to cover specifically or talk about in my vlog/blog? </p>

<p>For those of you who have NO idea what I'm talking about: What are you most concerned/worried/curious about for your freshman year at college? Though you might not watch or read about my journey, you guys represent the demographic I'm trying to reach, so ANY input would be helpful. </p>

<p>I know many of you guys don't like the magazine, so I'm sorry to have wasted your time. This is a new username because I didn't like my old one; I was active on the boards when apply to school and it was a GREAT help to me. I'll for SURE be recommending girls (and guys!) to come here for advice about the college application and finaid process.</p>

<p>OMG Seventeen’s the only magazine that I read religiously! Idk, I’d like to see you girls be more real… sometimes it seems a little fake. Hm, perhaps more about college life: food, dorms, floors, going between classes. Everything that’s new? How to deal with a roommate? Misconceptions about college? And how classes are organized. What not to waster our time on in HS? If you’re going to a top school, then more information about that… idk. Congrats!!! Would you be willing to PM me your school or name so that I can look out for your stuff in the magazine? Lol, I never thought that a CCer would be one of the Freshman 15.</p>

<p>Seventeen magazine is the only magazine that i actually purchase and read <3. I probably should subscribe to it…haha.</p>
