<p>I think you have a fine shot at Duke and Penn. A little bird once told me for a strong chance at schools like Penn you should have GPA 3.6-3.7, and for schools like Harvard (and presumably Stanford) 3.8+ It's tough to know though, as leadership potential and all that less quantifiable stuff usually makes or breaks candidates.</p>
