Sexting?

Does anyone here do it?

I personally think it's really dangerous, and in my high school I want to start a "Sexting Awareness Club" to try and stop it.

Anyone agree?

lol…I don’t have unlimited texting anymore

I personally think it’s hilarious.

Don’t most texts have a character count, or something?

Can you really get off to twenty words at a time?

LOL, sexting awareness club…that would never fly at my school.
just the other day my dad asked me if i had heard of ‘sexting’. um, ***? awkward, ■■■ :</p>

Sexting is sending pornography, usually kids doing sexual acts to other kids in their grade.

hahahahahhahahahah wowwww…

It’s about sending pics. Mostly nudies. “Sexting” is a misnomer.

A “Sexting Awareness” club sounds ridiculous, lol.

it’s likely not as dangerous as people have been making it out to be. it’s just that it’s a relatively new and odd phenomenon, and the few cases in which people are caught are getting a lot of publicity.

that said, it’s rather daft to take pornographic pictures of yourself and send them in a format where they can be reproduced an infinite number of times and sent to an infinite number of people.
if you really want nude pics, see Avenue Q’s explanation of the internet and what it’s for.

that or wait a while and you can appreciate the subject in person, which i imagine is much more interesting.

[Sexting - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](Sexting - Wikipedia)

Lol, why was I under the impression it was just text?

A club is going a tad overboard.

(And we all know the internet is for p0rn. ;))

I’ll text innuendos but nothing more than that.

This sexting thing is stupid. Just go straight to phone sex. =]

just the other day my dad asked me if i had heard of ‘sexting’. um, ***? awkward, ■■■ :\

Try having your aunt’s boyfriend see a magazine cover about it in a store line then turning to you (in front of the store clerk who’s your age and goes to your school!) and asking if you’ve ever done it! That was embarrassing!!

An innuendo is when you say/write something but a risque meaning is implied in it.

Risque is an adjective. It essentially means erotic.

[I feel like I’m being ■■■■■■■ =P]

“Try having your aunt’s boyfriend see a magazine cover about it in a store line then turning to you (in front of the store clerk who’s your age and goes to your school!) and asking if you’ve ever done it! That was embarrassing!!”
lol, ouch. aw, i sympathize : (

“omg i totally didn’t think u geeks did that! I just sexted the other night”
betch, what is your problem?
hilsa, i feel like she is ■■■■■■■■, too. lmao.

I actually went the school where the news hit the national spotlight [Farmington Jr. High] and I know the sister of the girl that was caught doing this. I personally don’t give a **** about sexting but I believe the current punishments are way to harsh. Someone sexting should not be seen as a sex offender.

Sexting is really dumb. Exchanging pictures of a certain nature are fine if you really trust the person. This phenomenon known as phone sex is also quite enjoyable as well, but kind of weird people would do that?

sexting is dumb but the people who try to ban it are even dumber

Sexting is stupid and immature and I see no point to it.

At the same time the punishments for those who harmlessly did it were much too harsh.

The main problem most of the time is that guys like to spread around the wealth. A girlfriend takes pic and sends pic to boyfriend. Boyfriend sees, likes, and sends to friends. Friends then send to other friends. Or friend sends pic to everybody… Of course the girl takes a part of the blame as well. Either they didn’t think or they just want the attention. I heard that guys who spread the pics are being charged as sex offenders or w/e nowadays.
