Hi. I am currently a high school junior interested in international relations, so I am quite interested in the SFS program, but I can't find any stats on the School of Foreign Service's acceptance rate. Is the application for SFS separate from the normal application? Are there any additional requirements? How does the SFS rate compare to the rate for Georgetown College? Also, will applying EA significantly increase my chances of getting in?

go to the georgetown website, prospective students, office of undergraduate admissions, then on the left highligh applying to georgetown, first year, student profile…that has all the info

Here is the link for the information: [Georgetown University- Office of Undergraduate Admissions](http://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/applying_firstyear_sdprofile.cfm) In addition to the usual warning that SAT scores are only part of the equation, there are two small caveats to keep in mind. First, when you see that the SFS 75th percentile for reading is 770 and for math is 750, that does not mean that the 75th percentile for the combined score is 1520. The 75th percentile for the combined score will be slightly lower since some students with the best reading scores do not have the best math scores, and vice versa. Second, these numbers are for admitted students, not matriculants. The numbers for matriculants will be slightly lower since the best applicants are the ones most likely to have alternatives they prefer.
