SFS chances?

Hi,
First, I have a question: Is the SFS harder to get into than the regular college? I'm really interested in International Relations and languages, so it sounds like the place for me, but if the acceptance rate is a lot lower, I don't know.

Also, if you could let me know what you think of my chances for acceptance, that'd be great!
