Sfs?

Currently a Junior. I'm white and go to a public school, and very very interested in Georgetown's SFS.

Grades- all classes honors or ap
GPA- 4.0 unweighted, about 5.1 weighted
AP classes- AP US (received a 5), AP Gov, AP Psych, AP Lang (no scores for these three yet). (and will be taking micro, lit, latin, and calc bc next year)

Extracurriculars include: 1 year of varsity swimming, 2 years of varsity track, 2 years of jv soccer (captain one year), Certamen (latin quizbowl) city mvp and 3rd place in state 3 years in a row, National Latin Exam Gold Medalist 3 years, best buddies, Jewish student union, and a few others.

I'm also doing an internship for my local state rep, and concurrently doing one for a local alderwoman. And will have approximately 80 hours of community service by EA deadline.

No ACT score yet: but projected around 33-34 based on practice tests.
No SAT II's yet either: but planning on taking lit (probably going to score 680-740), math II (probably 750+), and US history (most likely 800).

I'm really interested in the SFS, and I'd really appreciate a realistic 3rd party's opinion.

High GPA, decent commitment in terms of sports and other ECs, low community service hours, and a respectable potential ACT… I’d call it a high match and maybe a match if you can write some really solid essays that include your commitment to the school. Good luck

I’d really appreciate it if you could chance me back. Georgetown is on my list too…
