SFSU help

Hi. I just got into San Francisco State University which is the college I am trying to go to, but I have one problem thats stressing me out. I am not as bright as most students taking only 3 honors classes in my whole high school career, but I am currently taking Honors Pre-Cal and in my first semester I got a D. This is my fourth year of math which I don't need. This class is extremely frustrating and I am stressing a lot about this class. I am going to my teacher for tutoring, but I still do not get it. Anyways, I know getting a C in my 2nd semester will help, but I don't think I can do it and I feel like I'll end up with another D =[. I can't explain how frustrating this is. Do you think I can still get into San Francisco State University with a D in both semesters of Pre-Cal. I can finish off the year with good grades in rest of my classes, its just this class that is killing me. Help please!!!

You should call SFSU. I heard CSU's are pretty lenient with the D's and F's. But I would def. call them.

okay thanks i will.anything else?

hmm. Do you plan to major in math or science? If SFSU still accepts you, you might want to retake it during the summer.

If not and you're still accepted, then I would just take pre-calc once you get there.

im taking zoology so i guess a science major, but yeah im trying to retake it in college.
