I was wondering if it is a positive or negative that my interview will be over the phone. Does anyone know if that carries weight in the process?
It is really only your personality. For me, I perform better in-person, but the fact that your interview is over the phone instead of in-person holds no weight in the process. It simply means that no one was available to meet with you in-person in your area, so they’re doing it over the phone. Don’t worry, and good luck with your interview and application!
