Shakespeare and the Jewlery Making

So after reading the pipes passage and the Shakespeare passage and the Jewlery Making Passage I had a couple of questions.

1.) For the pipes passage what was trivial referring to i CHOSE C BECAUSE it showed real v actual I think.

2.) Why did the author mention those views.

Shakespeare: first question in passage "sacred pilgramige site" HOW WOULD AUTHOR 1 RESPOND TO AUTHOR TWO

I WAS IN BETWEEN:

-Literary scholars doubted him
-something about the general public's curiosity

i thought passage one summarized the concerns literary scholars had about shakespeare because they did not know who he was.

FINALLY GUYS:

Jewlery making passage, do you remember any answers from the first three questions. There is just one I was stuck on but I can't recall the name. "Something about gild."

I got 700 in June with 7 wrong. So I was wondering what the curve would be like in October granted the Critical Reading Section was a tad bit harder.
