Hey, I was wondering if you would be willing to share what you got on the SAT II Spanish and AP Spanish tests, and whether you think you got any better at the language in between the two. I'm non-native, I got an 800 on the SAT Spanish (sin el escuchar), and I'm not sure if I should do some more hard-core prep for the AP test.

Thanks,
Katmandu

Well, this thread is long-dead now, but I want to revive it. So, do you all think that an 800 on SAT Spanish is equivalent to a 5 on AP without any extra preparation?

SAT 2 is a little different from the AP. In my view the AP is harder and more natural, whereas the SAT 2 is more grammar intensive. In my view a nonnative would do better on the SAT 2. I am taking the AP Tuesday but I simply do not have an answer for you as to how your scores are going to scale.
