Anybody have any interesting ancetodes about the October test that we should enjoy?

Well, I kept filling in the wrong bubbles for everything and that was an annoying as hell. I'd be filling something out and then be like "wait a minute, 19 isn't B!" and then I'd freak out and fix it. But then it kept happening over and over and over again, probably because I was tired. But whatever. I fixed them.

I had a huge zit pop above my eyebrow that smeared gobs of puss and blood all over my face - made it a LITTLE hard to concentrate!

I started bubbling in the wrong section, but I realized it when I was doing it. Did that about 5 times.

Oh and I almost had a panic attack on the experimental math section, I had never encountered problems like those in any of my practice tests.

lol, I spent all of my section 5 writing hoping it was experimental.
It wasn't.

the guy next to me shook his legs CRAZY.. he seriously needs some pills.

I finished my section 3 CR early and went back to check my answers on the score sheet against the ones I had circled in the book. To my absolute horror, I realized that I had bubbled in almost every single one incorrectly. I only had about 5 minutes to fix it, so I erased them all and started re-bubbling them in.

Then I realized that I had just erased the entirety of my section 2 math.

First this proctor said TI 89 isn't allowed. I freaked out because it was the only calc I brought. Second...don't use mechanical pencils. I had to use a pencil labeled Visit Collegeboard.com. As if we had a choice...

Oh also some kid next to me had this terrible dry hacking cough and WOULD NOT STOP for the whole four hour test. I was on the verge of losing my mind.

On section 8, my stomach was growling for about 5 minutes straight. :P

well since i wasnt here during the april testing, might as well share with you this.. the first time i took my test, i go there like an hour early, and in a rush to get studying at the testing hall, i locked my keys in the car, and right before i walked in the testing room, i realized i lost my keys.. the whole test i thought my car was going to get stolen.. and i was like shivering from anxiety on top of the first SAT jitters..

luckily this time i have a spare key, and didnt give a ... about the test since I have a 2000 under my belt at this point.. which is above average for the college i want to go to, but I am not top 10% of my class, which means i have to compete for University of Texas's remaining 15% not given to top 10% students.

^ same here. I don't bring any snacks, so the lack of food really started taking its toll on my body. The girl next to me was chewing gun in a quite irritating manner and very loudly. I gently asked her to stop with all the mastication before I took my pencil and pierced her eyes with it; she made a face, but eventually acquiesced. Later I saw the same culprit on the street walking jovially with a pack of tawdry friends and flung a small rock at her.

Somebody's cellphone was on viabrate and activated towards the middle of the exam. The brazen individual let it go on until the call was dropped instead of reaching for it and ending the affair. Some are just too rude.

aww man did you hit her int he other eye.. that would have been a killer shot if you had

lol my stomach growled too. I can only concentrate when I'm hungry I guess :).

Got lost trying to get to test center.

Injested a sobe adrenaline rush, 1/2 a bagle and 2 pepto bismol pills before test. I highly recommend taking pepto bismols.

Filled out all of the front and back of test before proctor told me too.

Some girl had he mom bring her calculator into the room during section 2.

1st break ran to restroom, relieved myself and ate 1/2 of the remaining bagle.

Had to go after section 5, but had to sit through another section.

Found out break between 6 and 7 was last break. Chugged another Sobe adrenaile rush (for stamina) and ingested rest of bagel adn a granola bar after I relieved myself again.

Its a good thing section 7 was math (my specialty) because I was tripping. My head wanted to move like my body was being physically active, but it was jsut sitting. Major weird headache, nothing hurt but I was thinking very fast, and not nesscerially accurately, as I missed one math question (pyramid!!!!! Ironically, it is the same (and only)question my little sister missed on her Geometry final over the summer). For the last 5 minutes in the section, I was in full flex, to releive the activness my body craved.

The flex worked, and I proceeded to kick more rump on the next math section.

Ate Jersey Mike's for lunch. Tasty!

LOL this thread is so funny. Today during the test a car alarm went off outside our room, but only for about 5 minutes

"the guy next to me shook his legs CRAZY.. he seriously needs some pills."

actually the pills are what cause the fidgeting, at least pills to treat adhd

In the morning, I noticed I had a pimple (white head to be exact) in my nose. Had to pop it because it hurt. During the test, puss tried in my nose and it hurt.

mm puss taste like chicken.. you dont know! have you ever tried puss!

My worst moment was coming out feeling great and then coming on here and feeling awful.
