Shawnee State University Presidential Scholarship Availability???

I’m relying on full tuition (their Presidential scholarship) to go to Shawnee, as they have EXACTLY the program I want. However, nowhere on Shawnee’s website does it state the availability of this scholarship. It simply says:

“The President’s Scholarship is awarded to new freshman students who have achieved a composite score of 26 or higher on the ACT* (or combined mathematics and critical reading SAT scores of 1170 or higher) and have a high school grade point average* of at least 3.8 (4.0 scale). The President’s Scholarship is full in-state tuition (currently valued at $7064.16) which can be applied to direct SSU billable expenses. It is renewable for seven continuous semesters provided the student completes 30 credit hours (during fall and spring semesters) and achieves a 3.25 cumulative grade point average.”

I can’t tell if this means ANYONE who qualifies gets it, or if it’s limited, or… what. I surpass the criteria (30 ACT, 3.9 GPA), I was just wondering if anyone knew the chances of actually getting the scholarship, either from past experience or insider knowledge. Many thanks in advance.

The way it is written makes it seem guaranteed. Call the school and ask.
