Hello mates,

Math:650

Allright
i got the message

Retake it if you want to/if you can fork over the $/if you have time to spare on a Sat. morning. Higher scores can never hurt you.

yesss but the question is that how much trouble can this math ditch can cause me

You are better off taking a Lit or history.

I’m assuming you’re applying to tier 1/2 schools, or hoping to get bunches of $$ from tier 3/4 schools. If that’s the case, I’d retake it. It certainly can’t hurt, and if you can get it up higher (perhaps into the 700s?) it’d help tremendously.

So nice of everyone to post for a math sh***** like me
i can certainly bring it higher, this was the first sat of my life
my math is stronger than my chemistry, just ran out of glucose(didnt have breakfast exam day) and luck i think i can get a 800 if i retake the math2
would it be worth it?

Depends on where you’re applying. At schools that only require 2 and don’t specify mathII, they won’t even count it. If you’re applying to MIT or Wharton, retake.
