Hope this is on the appropriate forum. Anyways, I'm interested in a engineering major (or, more broadly any STEM related one such as math). My best subjects and favorite are math, physics, and programming. Never taken chemistry :(

Currently I am going into Junior year of highschool and I'm entering IB (in US). However, I'm a little bit alarmed that this IB pathway isn't going to help me much in my goal.
Here's the classes I would take:
1.IB Music HL
2. IB Chemistry SL
3. IB History of Americas HL
4. IB TOK 1
6. IB SPANISH SL
7. Ap Calc bc

As you may realize, my HL are in humanities subjects because my school requires them. In addition, the only HL STEM class I would take would be Math HL (Senior year). This explains the SL in chemistry.

I think IB isn't bad but i dont think that my schools IB will help me much. And there is no STEM elective btw.

Options I came up with:
Do IB but try to fit in AP physics c - I really want ap physics c and think I can squeez in a class at another HS. However, this may just be super dumb overload for just 3 STEM classes that might not even help much as the other option...

Drop IB and load up the APs: Kind of leaning towards this option. However, I might need to move around highschools Junior year. I'm good at self studying too (self studied ap physics b last year)
If I could take these classes junior year would this be better than ib option?:

Junior
Ap Calc bc
Ap physics c
Chemistry (probably ap Chem senior year or should I go ap chem with little experience besides being smart?)
Ap stats
Some Spanish class
Ap language
Senior year:
Ap biology
Ap economics
College math (which one? Maybe Calc III or differential equations? )
College physics (bow-chicka-wow-wow!)
Another language/lit class
Ap Chemistry (?)
Ap Spanish (think 4 years of Lanuage wouldn't hurt...)

So like 8 APs (including other ap classes I've taken.)
Last note: I'm also a computer science nerd. I don't tink any HS offers it. I reckon it might be an easy self study. I know basics of C++ and JavaScript.
Questions?
Which shedule is better for STEM?
Are college courses smart? My counseller said ap is more recognized but if I'm maxed out on subjects such as math how can taking a level up at a college look “bad" at all?

I really just want to know which class lineup is BETTER FOR ME. I can figure out the scheduling on my own.
