Shopping?

Thanks, greatly appreciate your information.

Just curious, for convenience, do you ever shop at the bookstore for misc items? Or are the prices prohibitive, and you therefore go elsewhere?

I follow the logic for using "dining dollars". I just wonder if dining dollars are best used for actual meals, instead of snacks, so that the student won't run out of dining dollars for meals. Make sense? Maybe it is an incorrect assumption. Maybe the dining dollars go far enough for both? If so, do the dorm food locations also "sell" misc food (snacks, cereal, quart of milk, 6-pack of soda, etc.) so students can have a small stash in their rooms? I have heard and read that each room has a small combination microwave and refrigerator. Is is large enough to put a few sodas, quart of milk, etc. ?

thanks.
