Short Essay...anyone want to read?

<p>So I wrote the essay to the topic....</p>

<p>Share an experience through which you have gained respect for intellectual, social, or cultural differences. Comment on how your personal experiences and achievements would contribute to the diversity of the University of Michigan</p>

<p>It is supposed to be "approximately 250 words"....mine is 375 so I might need to cut back further (I cut it back from the Common App 500 word essay). Anyway, does anyone want to read it?
Also, any tips on any of the other UM essays?</p>
